The VIII PALO mathematics class stands out particularly for its results in the compulsory subjects.
In 2025, for example, students in the mathematics class achieved:
- 99% in mathematics,
- 98% in English,
- 86% in Polish.
This shows that a science profile does not mean one-sided development. Students achieve very good results not only in mathematics, but also in foreign languages and general subjects.

Extended level

Results in extended-level subjects matter particularly for students planning to study medicine, engineering, economics, law, psychology, the humanities or international courses.
In 2026 VIII PALO achieved results well above the Krakow, Malopolska and national averages in many extended-level subjects. In mathematics we were the best in Malopolska, and in history of art the best in Poland! Other examples: history – 2nd in Malopolska, physics – 3rd in Krakow, chemistry – 4th in Krakow, geography – 1st among independent schools in Malopolska…
It is worth adding that the average mathematics result in the VIII PALO mathematics class was 95%! We are hard to compete with…
